At Hair Club Official, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
- The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, used, or tampered with.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or wish to exchange an eligible item, we will gladly assist you.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Worn or used hair extensions
- Worn or used wigs
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
